Project Overview
Nambour Central is a regional shopping centre that was recently purchased by an interstate owner who is looking to maximise his investment by increasing the size of the net lettable area in the tenancies. No As-Builts were available.
Our team 3D scanning technology provided measurable volumes and areas in order to analyse and plan the tenancies moving forward.
Challenge
The owner did not have adequate information about the building and had a consultant team based interstate.
Solution
Capture All conducted a full 3D scan of Nambour Central capturing every aspect of the building with millimetre accuracy. The scans were completed quickly, reducing the time spent on-site, and were accessible two weeks later, through our cloud platform, for easy collaboration between the architects, builders, and project managers.
Results
The Client has a complete set of As-Builts and a model for his consultant team to kick off strategy planning and the design process.
